Busy Couple Hours for St. Mary’s Fire/EMS Volunteers!!

At Approximately 1:46 PM, Fire/EMS/Police were dispatched to a Motor Vehicle Accident with injuries on Three Notch Road in the area of Friendship School Road in Oakville involving Two Vehicles off the road in the Southbound Lanes. Units arrived and advised of a single patient with neck pains. Mechanicsville Ambulance 298 transported the patient to Medstar St. Mary’s Hospital with non life threatening injuries. Units cleared just after 2:00 PM.

 

At Approximately 2:50 PM, Fire/EMS/Police were dispatched to a Motor Vehicle Accident with injuries on St. Andrews Church Road at Wildewood Parkway in California, MD involving two vehicles. Police arrived and advised that there were no injuries and placed all fire/ems units in service. Then at Approximately 3:09 PM, Police requested Fire/EMS back to the scene for a single patient with neck pains. Units were dispatched and Lexington Park Ambulance 389 transported a single patient to Medstar St. Mary’s Hospital.

 

At Approximately 3:24 PM this afternoon, Fire/EMS/Police were dispatched to a residence on Secretariate Drive in Hollywood for a reported Structural Collapse. Units responded and it was reported that a Deck has collapsed 8 Feet to the ground. A total of 3 patients were injured. Units arrived and requested a HELO for one of the patients, MSP HELO Trooper 7 responded to the Ball Field on Three Notch Road in Oakville and transported the patient to PG Shock Trauma. A 2nd patient was transported by Hollywood Ambulance 798 to Medstar St. Mary’s Hospital. The 3rd Patient was not transported.
