Updated SPC Outlooks Explained

Since forever it seems, the Storm Prediction Center (SPC) has used the same system for their severe weather outlooks. When severe weather strikes, we always go to and use SPC for the basis in our forecasts in severe weather situations.

NOTE: *This post is kinda designed to be a SPC Outlook 101, my definitions originate from the SPC site but only as an educational tool. If you are referring to this article in a time when the new system is in place and there is an active threat for storms, refer to SPC.*
